The commemorative service was held at the Smith Auditorium at the Sydney Church of England Grammar School (Shore) in North Sydney.

Attendees were privileged to hear from two keynote speakers:
Brigadier Robert Calhoun, who represented the Chief of Army, Lieutenant General Simon Stuart AO.
Dr Trung Nghia Ton, a 2017 Issac and Susan Wakhil John Monash Scholar.
